 WORK BASED MENTORS - WOULD YOU LIKE TO BE ONE?
We would like you to identify a work based mentor (it could be you) who we will
train, at no cost to yourself, to help your learners get the most out of the
programme.
The mentor will have a multi functional role. She or he will be the first point
of contact for learners, and will liaise with the Best Practice Forum to
determine the content and structure of your staff training programme.
Mentors will also be given guidance on how to take learners through the
Learning Action Planner and how to support learners throughout the course.
But you won't be left on your own. Help and advice will be available over the
phone or by email, and where necessary we can arrange for external facilitators
to coach your workforce in specific subject areas.
